Business: Power Up Travel (“Power Up Travel,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Disclosure: Independent Affiliate of Fora Travel. CST # 2151995-50
1) Scope of Services
Power Up Travel provides travel planning and booking assistance, which may include researching options, recommending itineraries, and booking travel products such as cruises, hotels, tours, transportation, and vacation packages (collectively, “Travel Services”).
2) Role as Agent; Third-Party Suppliers
Power Up Travel acts as an agent that facilitates bookings with independent third-party suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies) (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Your travel arrangements are subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, including cancellation rules, refund eligibility, schedule changes, and restrictions. By booking, you agree to comply with all applicable Supplier terms.
3) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Prices and availability can change rapidly and are not guaranteed until confirmed and ticketed/paid. Quotes may exclude taxes, resort fees, port fees, gratuities, baggage fees, seat selection, excursions, and other add-ons unless explicitly stated.
4) Payments, Authorizations, and Documentation
You agree to provide accurate traveler details (full legal names, birthdates, passport info, etc.) and valid payment information. You authorize Power Up Travel and/or Suppliers to charge your payment method for agreed travel costs and any approved fees.
5) Service Fees (If Applicable)
Power Up Travel may charge planning, consultation, change, or ticketing fees (“Service Fees”). Any Service Fees will be disclosed to you before they are charged or collected. Unless stated otherwise in writing, Service Fees are non-refundable.
6) Changes, Cancellations, and Schedule Modifications
Changes and cancellations are governed by Supplier rules and may result in penalties, fare differences, loss of deposits, or non-refundable amounts. Suppliers may alter itineraries, schedules, ships/aircraft, ports, accommodations, or services for operational, safety, or other reasons. These changes may occur with little notice and are outside our control.
7) Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend travel insurance (including trip cancellation/interruption, medical, and baggage coverage). If you decline insurance, you assume financial risk for cancellations, delays, medical needs, and disruptions that may otherwise be covered.
8) Passports, Visas, Health & Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any required documentation for your itinerary, including transit countries. Requirements can change and may be enforced by governments or Suppliers. Denied boarding/entry, confiscations, or related losses are your responsibility.
9) Traveler Responsibilities & Conduct
You are responsible for following all Supplier rules and laws at your destination(s), including safety procedures. Some Suppliers may refuse service for non-compliance or disruptive behavior without refund.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Up Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, or claim arising from:
If Power Up Travel is found liable for any reason, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total Service Fees actually paid to Power Up Travel for the specific booking at issue (excluding amounts paid to Suppliers), unless otherwise required by law.
11) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we may treat it as a cancellation request. You remain responsible for any Supplier penalties and/or non-refundable amounts. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and may result in collections or legal action where permitted.
12) Intellectual Property
Any itineraries, documents, and planning materials we create are for your personal use only and may not be resold, published, or distributed without written permission.
13) Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive communications (email/text/phone/DM) related to your trip planning, bookings, and service updates. Message/data rates may apply.
14) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in California, unless a different process is required by law.
15) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted or provided at the time of your booking governs that transaction.

1) Supplier Refunds (Cruise Lines, Hotels, Airlines, Tours, etc.)
Most travel purchases are governed by Supplier refund and cancellation policies. Power Up Travel cannot override Supplier rules. Refund eligibility, the amount refunded, and whether a booking is refundable at all depend on:
2) Non-Refundable Bookings
Many travel products are partially or fully non-refundable, including certain cruise deposits, promotional rates, some airline tickets, and discounted hotel rates. If the Supplier deems a booking non-refundable, no refund will be issued, even if you cancel.
3) Power Up Travel Service Fees
If charged, Service Fees are non-refundable unless we explicitly agree in writing (for example, if we did not perform the service). Service Fees may include planning/research, change management, ticketing, or consultation fees.
4) Cancellation & Change Fees
Cancellations or changes may trigger:
You are responsible for all applicable fees once you authorize a booking or once Supplier deadlines pass.
5) Refund Method & Timing
6) Credits, Vouchers, and Future Travel Credits
Some Suppliers issue future travel credits instead of cash refunds. If a Supplier provides a credit, it will be subject to Supplier rules (expiration dates, rebooking restrictions, name changes, etc.).
7) Insurance Claims
If your travel insurance covers your situation, refunds may be handled through the insurer’s claims process. We can provide documentation (receipts, invoices, confirmation numbers) but insurance claim decisions are made by the insurer, not Power Up Travel.
8) No-Show / Missed Departure
Missed flights, missed cruise embarkation, late check-in, or failure to comply with documentation requirements typically results in no refund (Supplier “no-show” rules).
9) How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Review
Send your request in writing to: support@poweruptravel.com
Include: traveler name, booking reference(s), and what you’re requesting (cancel/change/refund review). We’ll confirm the Supplier policy that applies and any known penalties.
